Redfield Detail is a mobile auto and boat detailing business serving La Crosse, Wisconsin and the surrounding area. This policy explains what information we collect through redfielddetail.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you request a detail through our booking form or by phone, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• The address where the service will be performed
• Details about your vehicle and the services you select
• Your preferred day and time window
• Any notes and photos you choose to upload

We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare an accurate quote, schedule the appointment, and communicate with you about it. Your booking details may be shared with Google (Calendar) so appointments appear on our schedule, and with our email provider so we receive and send notifications.

3. Advertising measurement (Meta pixel)

Our website uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. When you visit our site, the pixel tells Facebook that you visited which pages, so we can measure how well our ads perform and show our ads to people who are likely to be interested in our services.

• Data collected: pages viewed (including our booking page), interactions such as starting a booking request, and standard device and browser information (for example, IP address, browser type, and cookies set by Meta).
• Recipient: Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook), which handles the data under Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
• Purposes: measuring advertising performance (whether ads lead to visits and booking requests) and improving and targeting our ads.

You can opt out of this kind of measurement at any time. Options include Meta's Ad Preferences and Off-Facebook Activity controls in your Facebook settings, the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out tool (optout.aboutads.info), and blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, which stops the pixel from running on future visits. Opting out never affects your ability to book with us.

Our site uses cookies and similar browser storage only as needed to run the site, remember your preferences, and support the advertising measurement described above. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.

5. How long we keep information

Booking requests and their details are kept as long as useful for scheduling, record-keeping, and follow-up. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will remove it within a reasonable period.
